Thank You sponsors, teams, and guests for helping SCAA raise over US$ 10,000 for foster animal medical care!
Our Second Chance Animal Aid Shanghai 10th Anniversary Holiday Gala Fund raiser 15 November in Shanghai (more details on the actual event soon!). Wherever you are in the world (possibly more interest in Asia….!!), we have a fabulous raffle of over US$ 25,000 in room night prizes so generously donated once again by Hyatt Hotels & Resorts (the poster is in Chinese yuan….to buy raffle tickets it’s approximately USD 15, or 15 for US$ 150).
Please contact me or firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to support SCAA and possibly win an amazing stay at an Asian Hyatt Hotel or Resort! 100% of proceeds go to SCAA rescued/emergency animal medical care.
We urgently need funds to continue and complete the renovation of this historical/Tibetan spiritual building:
A stunning and inspiring digital light show at the Empire State Building to highlight the plight of endangered animals. I’d like to see this displayed throughout Asia…(especially China).
Thanks to the students and teachers of Shanghai Liaoyuan Senior High School’s International Division for their tremendous efforts to raise awareness of charitable causes and help fund community projects. The students of the Black Dragon House chose SCAA as their charity and embraced an entrepreneurial spirit by selling fresh fruit and smoothies this Saturday at their 2nd annual Charity Day at the Parkside Plaza in Gubei.
Animals as part of our family, responsible pet ownership, and the connection between people, animals and our environment were cornerstones of our message. SCAA Executive Director Lee-Anne Armstrong’s pup (and SCAA canine mascot!) Pepe was in attendance as a willing animal mascot – providing at least one toddler with her first canine experience. A success based on her returning to sneak another pat or two before rushing off after her parents!
